AdGent 007 has named John E. Marcom, Jr. COO. He joins the San Francisco-based ad services company, which aims to help publishers monetize their international traffic, from Yahoo, where he served as SVP of international operations.

Marcom brings both executive and journalistic experience to his new role, with a pedigree that includes stints at London's Financial Times and Time Inc. International.
