Toby Gabriner, former CEO of Adzilla, is joining online advertising network and site-representation company Tribal Fusion as president.

Gabriner will help develop and implement strategies for Emeryville, Calif.-based Tribal Fusion to provide the most comprehensive online advertising solutions for advertising agencies and Fortune 1000 direct clients.

"Toby's leadership experience at top interactive agencies, Freestyle Interactive and Carat Fusion, will drive forward our strategy of partnering with agencies and clients to help us develop solutions that help them succeed," said Dilip DaSilva, Founder and CEO of Exponential Interactive, parent company of Tribal Fusion, in a statement.

Gabriner previously was COO and then president of Freestyle Interactive--an interactive advertising agency acquired by Carat Interactive in 2003. In 2006, he moved over to the technology side and joined [x+1], a marketing optimization and media company, as CEO. Most recently, Gabriner was CEO of Adzilla, a company focused on utilizing ISP clickstream data to provide advertisers with audience insights.--Tanya Irwin
