CrossView Builds SEO And Analytics Into WebStore

  • January 12, 2009
CrossView will launch the CrossView Web store during a joint presentation with IBM today at the National Retail Federation 2009 show in New York.

The app provides marketers an "out-of-the-box" e-commerce store supported by search engine optimization, analytics, advanced search functions, product displays and attributes, wish lists, reviews, promotions, quick checkout and order history. The company said it has designed the platform to cut deployment times from between six and 12 months to approximately three to four months, if the company deploying the application does not require additional customization.

In addition to built-in integrations for Coremetrics analytics, the app offers shipping through UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL, CyberSource Payment integration, gift cards, loyalty programs, alternative payment methods such as Google Checkout and PayPal and tax verification. The company aims to provide platforms that enable multichannel marketing in order to give shoppers a seamless customer experience either in the store or on the Web.--Laurie Sullivan
