Universal Pictures is testing "an audacious move that could shake up the way Hollywood has done business for decades": allowing the Eddie Murphy movie "Tower Heist" to premiere on VOD just three weeks
after it first debuts in theaters Nov. 4, Ben Frist reports.
The movie will be available "in Atlanta and Portland, Ore., to approximately 500,000 digital cable subscribers of Universal's
corporate parent, Comcast Corp" for the hefty sum of $59.99.
