Jim Hoffman, John Kelly and Seth Winter have been promoted to executive vice presidents from senior vice president at NBC Universal's network TV sales division. They report to Marianne Gambelli, President, Network Ad Sales.

Hoffman is now executive vice president-sales & marketing for NBC Entertainment.

Kelly is now executive vice president-NBC News and Information Media Sales & Marketing.

Winter is now executive vice president-sales marketing for NBC Sports Group.
