Einstein Noah Names Glenn Lunde Chief Concept Officer

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., parent of the Einstein Bros., Noah's new York Bagels and Manhattan Bagel chains, has named Glenn Lunde chief concept officer, responsible for leading the strategic direction of the three brands.

Lunde has more than 20 years' experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, product development and concept innovation for restaurant companies.

He was most recently SVP, chief guest officer for Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., which includes Panda Express, Panda Inn and Hibachi-San. 

Previously, Lunde served as SVP, chief marketing and chief concept officer for Round Table Pizza Inc., following eight years at Taco Bell. At Taco Bell, he led the development of several significant products for the brand, including the Chalupa and Gordita product lines.  

NASDAQ-listed Einstein Noah Restaurant Group operates more than 850 franchised and licensed locations of the three brands in 40 states and Washington, D.C.
