Beet.TV has noted that Google is one of the platforms BBC Worldwide is working with to sell its TV and digital video ad inventory is Google -- both via traditional and programmatic means.
“The more we can automate, the less people I have doing it, the fewer systems we have… that’s where the money will come from,” said Tom Bowman, BBC Worldwide’s global strategy and sales VP, in a video interview. “We’re very keen to see whether we can piece these things together."
