Airpush, MobFox Team To Form Private Mobile Ad Exchange

MobFox, the European mobile programmatic ad exchange Matomy Media Group acquired for $17.6 million last month, on Monday announced a partnership with Airpush, a mobile ad network. The two companies will come together to launch a private mobile ad exchange.

Airpush will use the exchange to increase demand for its inventory, while MobFox exchange users will have access to new supply.

"By integrating Airpush's inventory into the MobFox exchange, MobFox is now a single place for advertisers and DSPs to access the right mobile inventory at scale," stated Julian Zehetmayr, founder and CEO of MobFox. "We are excited about the value that we can bring to Airpush's publishers and our ad partners."
