Lotame, a data management platform (DMP), on Monday announced the appointment of Evgeny Popov as head of APAC platform solutions. He will be based in Sydney, Australia, and will oversee the company’s expansion in Asia-Pacific region.

Popov joins Lotame from ad tech firm RadiumOne, where he served as director of operations, Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, he was head of publishing trading desk at News Corp. in Sydney. While at News Corp. Sydney, Popov ran the company’s programmatic trading operations, per a release.
