BBC is reporting that Quibi, a rival to Netflix that limits shows to 10 minutes, will be launching in the US this April priced at the equivalent of GBP3.80 per month. The service uses a
feature that allows content to be viewed in either landscape or upright mode, so it can be watched on a smartphone.
