Klaviyo Appoints Kim Peretti To Senior VP Role

Klaviyo has hired Kim Peretti as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success and Support.
Previously, Peretti worked at DocuSign as group vice president of customer success for North and Latin America. She also worked in customer success roles at Adobe, Qlik, and Symantec.
Peretti’s “extensive experience guiding global customer success organizations and helping brands transform through technology" made her the ideal candidate, says Mike McLaughlin, chief customer officer at Klaviyo.
