Validity Relaunches Its Help Center As Customer Community

Email deliverability provider Validity has reconfigured its Help Center in an effort to place focus on the customer experience. 

The new Customer Community (mycommunity.validity.com) will serve as a centralized hub and think tank, promoting peer engagement and offering training resources on Validity products in one place.  

“In addition to gaining access to the industry’s best and brightest minds in email marketing and data management, these resources will help our customers put our solutions to work for them as quickly as possible,” says Barbara Cooke, senior vice president of customer success at Validity.

The goal is to help clients “expand their knowledge of how to best optimize their data to work harder and their email programs to generate more revenue for their businesses,” Cooke adds.
