Sam Loveland Joins Salesloft As Chief Customer Officer

Salesloft, the provider of an AI-powered revenue workflow platform for use by sales teams, has named Sam Loveland as Chief Customer Officer.  

Previously, Loveland was vice president, global customer success at ServiceNow.

Loveland has also served as vice president of customer success at Salesforce, and as vice president of customer engagement at Yammer, a company acquired by Microsoft.

“Having personally worked with Sam at Salesforce, Yammer, and Microsoft, there was no question she was the right person to step into this role at Salesloft,” says David Obrand, CEO of Salesloft. 

Loveland was impressed by Salesloft’s “purpose-driven mission to transform the sales profession with a workflow solution that has a profound effect on sellers’ ability to build revenue for their company,” Loveland says.
