Hop-On Jet Services Hops To PMG

Semi-private jet service JSX has named PMG its media and creative agency of record.

The Dallas-based air carrier, which describes itself as a "hop-on jet service that's faster on the ground and more comfortable in the air," selected PMG following a competitive review.

San Francisco-based Ben-Her Marketing was the media incumbent. San Francisco-based  Eleven Inc. was the creative incumbent.

Billings were not disclosed, but PMG actually began working with the carrier last year on "brand strategy engagements" to help it identify audience segments and understand market demand for its unique charter service.

“With our disruptive model, we needed a marketing partner that thinks out-of-the-box and can help lead the way in delivering breakthrough creative and media activations that depart from the usual air travel narrative,” CEO Alex Wilcox says in statement announcing the appointment. “PMG brought that to the table, while also bringing a performance-driven mindset and strong data underpinning to inform a strategic marketing plan that works throughout the funnel. With complaints about U.S. air carriers at record highs, we offer an alternative and are thrilled to unveil the ‘new’ JSX to the world.”

PMG is poised to roll out a "brand refresh campaign" utilizing the tagline: "This Is How I Fly."

JSX adds to PMG’s customer roster of travel brands including Best Western Hotels & Resorts, OMNI Hotels & Resorts, and Apple Leisure Group.
