â¬oeMahmoud Ahmadinejad will you please come to registration and pick up your badge.⬠Thatâ¬"s how MediaPost publisher and founder Ken Fadner opened todayâ¬"s show here at the New York Hilton in New York, the same venue where the Iranian president happens to be staying while in town this week. The OMMA conference normally has a pretty secure registration process, but the presence of machine gun toting security agents raised it to a new level. â¬oeWe feel pretty secure, but it that way,⬠Fadner quipped. At last word, Ahmadinejad was not scheduled to speak on any of the OMMA panels.
