Click Forensics Launches Publisher-Side Click-Fraud Solution

Click Forensics has launched Click Forensics for Publishers, a product that allows publishers and ad networks to detect and block sources of click fraud in real time.

The new service uses live data from the Click Fraud Network (which tracks ad campaigns across search engines, content networks and publishers) to identify sources of poor-quality traffic, bots and fraudsters.

Using the Click Forensics for Publishers API, each site or network owner can choose which kinds of information to receive, and then take steps to filter the traffic for advertisers.

New York-based adMarketplace, a division of Conducive Corporation, powers the PPC network for eBay merchants and has signed on as one of the first ad networks to use the service.
