Web content syndicator Mochila has unveiled a new ad-supported slide show player.

The player is a widget that displays images and can be embedded in any Web page. Photos are supplied by organizations including Getty Images and The Associated Press.

The slide show player allows publishers to monetize the content via 300x250 rich media ad units as well as standard display and text ads.

The ads will pop up periodically, but shrink back down to a small banner beneath the slide-show player when a user opts to resume the show. The ad can be clicked on at any time.
