Cartier Taps Pordy For N. America AVP/Advertising

Melissa J. Pordy will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of U.S. strategies for national, wholesale, retail and Internet advertising.

Pordy brings more than 20 years of experience in the advertising industry to her new position, most recently as director of media investment solutions at Cheil Communications America, where she oversaw the Samsung Electronics America account. Previously, she was an independent consultant and held senior management positions at Zenith Media Services, Hill, Holliday/Alstchiller and TBWA/Chiat Day. --Nina Lentini
