CP+B promoted Kate Hildebrant to vice president, director of video production. Hildebrant will be responsible for leading the agency's video producers and creating video content deliverable across all media platforms. Based in LA, She will focus the department on creating work that becomes a part of pop culture, connecting consumers and brands. Hildebrant joined CP+B in 2009, working on campaigns for JELL-O, Fruit of the Loom, Microsoft, Kraft, American Express and Bolthouse Farms. Prior to CP+B she worked at DDB, producing work for McDonald's, Midas, Anheuser-Busch, State Farm, Capital One and Wrigley. Her work with Budweiser's "Clydesdale American Dream" was nominated for an Emmy. Hildebrant began her career at Fallon producing work for BMW, Archipelago, Citibank, Subway and Timberland.
Organic elevated Tracy Richards to chief marketing officer, a new position, and part of a restructure of Organic's business development efforts. She will report to David Shulman, CEO of the agency. Shulman has tapped Richards to identify expanded new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clients. Richards ha worked at the agency for more than 13 years, most recently serving as group director, global business development. In that role she led the ideation and creation of digitally inspired consumer experiences for the agency's clients. She also managed multiple Omnicom-level new business initiatives during her tenure.
David&Goliath added Matt Sherman as associate creative director and Jamie Simms as account director to its LA office. Sherman will be responsible for creative output on Kia, and report to Colin Jeffery, executive creative director/managing partner of D&G. He joins the agency from Mullen LA, where was associate creative director, working on Acura. Prior to that, Sherman spent three years as a copywriter at Deutsch LA, where he contributed to award-winning work for Volkswagen's brand campaigns. At D&G, Simms will oversee client initiatives for Universal Studios Hollywood, New York-New York Hotel & Casino and Brooklyn Gin, reporting to Brian Dunbar, D&G's director of client services/managing partner. Simms joins the agency from Grey NY, where she was vice president, account director, managing Diageo North America brands Crown Royal and Ketel One. Prior to that, Simms spent four years at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners working across a variety of categories including Wendy's, Svedka Vodka, Capital One Bank and Steak & Shake Enterprises.
Martin Mohr is joining TBWA\Chiat\Day New York as a creative director in mid-March. Mohr will lead digital creative across clients in the New York office and report to Matt Ian, executive creative director of TBWA\Chiat\Day New York. He joins the office from network agency, TBWA\Helsinki, where he was executive creative director. While there, Mohr was responsible for leading the adidas Window Shopping project, which was The Gunn Report's third most awarded digital campaign of 2013. He was also involved in the Nissan Nismo watch concept, a branded piece of wearable technology. Prior to TBWA\Helsinki, Mohr worked at Hjaltelin, Stahl & Co. as creative director.
Rosetta hired Clare McDonald, as its European executive creative director, a new position. McDonald will lead creative strategy and execution across all European clients. Most recently, she worked for BskyB, responsible for overall creative direction, including branding, design, product development and content creation for on- and off-air campaigns. McDonald was also the originator of the British Conspiracy thriller Utopia, which aired on Channel 4 in Jan 2013 and was recently bought by HBO for distribution and a remake in the US. Prior to that, she worked at interactive media design group, SkyInteractive, where she was creative director of digital products for Sky.com, Sky News, EPG and iTV. Rosetta's European office, led by Sebastian Dreyfus has grown from one to 15 team members in less than four months. The agency recently announced the hiring of Lars Bastholm as its global chief creative officer.
