The Role: 

The Digital Sales planner will be responsible for supporting the sales team and the sales planning process, while maintaining the day to day relationships w/ clients and agency partners.  The Sales Planner will plan and execute VR advertising campaigns with precision and speed.  Excellent client service skills and customer satisfaction are integral components to a successful candidate, all of which will guarantee that the Sales team hits their revenue targets.

What You'll Own:
  • Work closely with Account Executives to create winning sales programs for clients and agencies
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, production, etc) to generate custommedia plans, proposals, presentations, etc for clients
  • Ensure excellent client service by building relationships and fielding all client requests and deliverables
  • Work with clients to ensure media and content campaigns launch seamlessly and on time, coordinating assets and all deliverables
  • Coordinate kick off calls and any necessary communication before, during or after campaign launch (timelines, assets, etc)
  • Closely monitor campaign delivery and performance
  • Upon campaign completion, deliver summary and performance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Generate renewals based on analysis, metrics and feedback in order to maximize revenue for sales team
  • Gather account intelligence by reviewing trades daily and gather industry and account-specific information to share with team
  • Work with the Finance team to assist with the billing process
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Four year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of digital media experience in media planning, account management or client service related role
  • Online media industry experience preferred
  • extremely well organized
  • Strong experience working with Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent writing, creative and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Passion for VR and working with emerging technology
