Jo Sarsby Management - Assistant To Wild Life Photographer

After 30 years filming wild and wonderful creatures in remote areas of the planet, I have a reputation for relishing dangerous and tough assignments.  Have taken part in challenging expeditions and adventures around the globe including South America, Asia, Africa, Papua New Guinea, Russia and Alaska, always with a view to raising awareness of the fragility of the world’s endangered species and habitats, recently, i have a tour in some parts of the states.

Seeking a reliable personal assistant to help with my new project. Provide general clerical duties which include but are not limited to: data entry using Microsoft Word, photographic supplies and software.

This is an entry-level job in which you work with me from your location and get a knowledge about photography business.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Assist in all areas of camera, lighting and equipment purchase.
* Support Photographer in production of consistent quality photo.
* Receive direction from Photographer, Art Director and Studio Manager during various stages of the photo process.
* Liaise with our London studio
* As needed, may be directed by Photographer to initiate shots independently.
* In conjunction with Lead merchandise coordinator, maintain photo equipment in orderly way.
* Manage images library

Requirements:

High school diploma (minimum).
Must have a valid drivers license
A year experience as a personal/executive assistant providing support to multiple individuals.
Exceptionally detailed-oriented with the proven ability to handle numerous tasks with appropriate follow-up
