Reports To: Managing Sales Director
Department: Communications
Location: Southern California with Flexibility (Hybrid/Remote Opportunities)
Compensation: $75,000 base + uncapped commission potential ($100,000+ annually)
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing and managing advertising partnerships across our platforms:
- Drive Revenue Growth by selling digital advertising across C.A.R.’s media portfolio
- Secure Sponsorships and Booth Sales for C.A.R.’s prominent annual conference and trade show
- Cultivate Relationships with both existing and new advertisers and sponsors, acting as a trusted partner
- Identify New Opportunities for revenue through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality campaigns
- Travel Occasionally to industry conferences and client meetings to represent C.A.R. and foster connections

What You Bring
Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in advertising/media sales or related fields
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience selling advertising space, sponsorships, and/or trade show booths
- Background in media communications or trade show/event planning
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools or contact management systems
