Ryan Cos., encompassing Ryan Partnership and Catapult, becoming CEO of the new entity, Hypermarketing, Inc. He was previously CEO of Euro RSCG Discovery, as well as the agency’s global practice leader of retail brands. He has also held senior leadership roles with FCB Worldwide and JWT Chicago.

Zain is author of Brand Rituals: How Successful Brands Bond with Customers for Life, an Amazon marketing and sales bestseller, which provides a new approach to building brands in today’s digitallyled environment. He is a sought-after speaker on the changing marketing landscape and the importance of return on engagement, espousing the view that marketing needs to change people’s behavior, not just attitudes for brands to forge strong relationships with core customers. An evangelist for innovation and strong believer in empowering others, Zain has contributed his insights to The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fast Company, Forbes, Crain’s and publications of the nation’s top business schools.

Zain is a member of the Executive’s Club of Chicago and a Charter Member of TiE Midwest. He formerly sat on the Board of Directors of the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association.
