'Sun On Sunday' Launched In London

The tabloid announced itself, promising a “fresh beginning”. Rupert Murdoch’s News International’s latest publication noted the closing last summer of its News of the World over the hacking scandal and subsequent arrests of its journalists, commenting that “it has been a sobering experience”.
However, it promised to “remain fearless, outspoken, mischievous and fun”.
The lead story was an “Amanda Holden exclusive” about the “Britain’s Got Talent” star’s heart-stopping birth ordeal.
