It seems that YouTube is testing a new home page that integrates features from Google+, according to Engadget, which received a screenshot from one of its readers that features a list of channels and friends to the side. Google confirmed that it is always testing new ways to help users find videos, and that it would consider rolling out the changes more broadly based on user feedback:

"With more videos coming to YouTube every minute we're always experimenting with ways to help people more easily find, watch and share the videos that matter most to them. As always, we'll consider rolling changes out more broadly based on user feedback on these experiments."
