Shutterfly has upgraded its new greeting card website, treat.com, by teaming up with Hallmark. There will be more than 1,000 Hallmark-designed customizable cards on treat.com, combining Hallmark’s creativity with Shutterfly’s personal customization tools. Shutterfly is an Internet-based personal publishing service from Redwood City.

“Through this partnership, Hallmark and Shutterfly will show consumers how easy it is to create personalized greetings to share with family and friends,” said Jeff Housenbold, president and CEO of Shutterfly in a statement.

The release also said that in the fall, Hallmark holidays cards will become available on Shutterfly’s main website and tinyprints.com.
