Facebook Ad Growth Slows Down

According to the Los Angeles Times, Facebook's U.S. advertising growth has slowed to a third of what it was in 2011. As a result, Facebook has seen their market share of display advertising drop from 14 percent to 12 percent.

Karsten Weide, program vice president of media and entertainment at IDC, said, "They're just bumping into the ceiling of where they can grow."
