Last week, InMobi announced that Shrikant Latkar has been appointed as vice president, global marketing. He will lead all aspects of marketing for the mobile advertising network. Latkar will work from InMobi’s San Francisco offices.

Latkar has over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, including global leadership knowledge in marketing from his time at Juniper Networks.

Latkar said in a release, “I look forward to leading InMobi’s marketing during such an exciting time in the industry.”

Naveen Tewari, InMobi’s founder and CEO, added, “Shrikant joins InMobi as we continue to expand globally.” He continued, stating, “[He] is the ideal person to help us achieve our goals and create a cohesive offering on a global scale.”
