Last Thursday, InMobi acquired San Francisco-based startup MMTG Labs.  This acquisition comes after InMobi took over SF-based Sprout, a mobile advertising company, last August. After that purchase, Naveen Tewari, InMobi’s CEO, indicated that the company was looking for more acquisitions.

InMobi is expected to take over the entire MMTG team. MMTG Labs operates an application marketplace for Facebook pages, AppBistro and AppGalleries. Ryan Merket and Nalin Mittal founded the company.
