San Francisco-based Marin Software on Tuesday announced that Gordon Crovitz has joined the company’s Board of Directors. Crovitz brings over 30 years of digital media experience to the digital ad management platform provider.

Crovitz was previously publisher of The Wall Street Journal and EVP of Dow Jones. “I am eager to be involved with such a fast-growing and innovative company,” said Crovitz in a statement.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Gordon to the Marin Board of Directors,” stated Marin Software CEO Christopher Lien.
