Al Jazeera America is not likely to make good on its goal of launching its new network in June, according to sources cited by Claire Atkinson. The new network -- formed from Al Jazeera's purchase
of Current TV more than three months ago -- "has still not hired a news chief, finished its studio or settled on office space," writes Atkinson. One "best guess is August or September” for the
channel's premiere.
