Apparently They Still Can't Watch 'Orange Is the New Color Black'

A county prison in Idaho allows inmates to pay 10 cents a minute to access parts of the Internet, including ESPN and Hulu, or schedule video chats with friends and relatives. One of the inmates says she likes being able to watch content when she wants, not on a TV schedule. But some of the locals are frosted.
