According to an SEC filing, Time Inc. will spin off from Time Warner, becoming a separate company, on June 6 -- and "the 500 people cut in February will not be the end of the downsizings," writes
Keith Kelly. “'We anticipate additional head-count reductions and real estate consolidations in the future,' said the filing."
