A mere 4% of companies are implementing full bring your own device policies in the UK, according to a survey by trade group CompTIA. Half of British
companies still fully control the
use of mobile devices, not allowing employees to bring their own despite a quarter reportedly working between home and the office. Seth Robinson, director of
technology analysis at CompTIA, said: "The new norm is quickly becoming one employee, three devices. PCs, smartphones and tablets will all remain major components in the workplace for some
time."
