What's Next For P&G's Healey

Melanie Healey, Procter & Gamble's departing head of North American operations, may go to a start-up company or write a book. But before her retirement was announced last week, analysts had considered her one of five front-runners to succeed CEO A.G. Lafley. She will retire from P&G on June 30. Carolyn Tastad, the global head of customer business development, has been named Healey's successor, effective Jan 1.
