I was stunned when Sanders gave her a pass about the emails in the recent debate, but it's hard now to walk it back. If you or I as Federal employees did exactly what she did with her emails, we'd be looking at serious jail time. The statutes are pretty clear and the law is not written with first-time offender exceptions (or celebrity get-out-of-jail-free cards). But she's apparently like Lehman Brothers:  Too big to fail.

I have to agree with you, Douglas. When I watched Sanders high fiving Hillary and saying enough, already about the emails, I assumed that his "campaign" was just to show that she had some "competition"----but not really. Now, he's on the attack? Common, Bernie. If you were really wanting to run for President, you blew it at the debate.
