A planned financial news channel could debut as soon as this year, but Fox News Channel chief executive Roger Ailes said there's no rush. "I'd like to do it this year, but I'm not in any hurry," Ailes
said Thursday after a morning appearance in Manhattan. "We're not going to pull the trigger until we can win."
