While a number of Trump supporters may not be bullish about the choice, Mitt Romney appears to be at the top of the list for Secretary of State. Delay in picking the top diplomat in Trump’s administration is apparently due to dueling factions within Trump’s team of advisors, with some pushing for Rudy Giuliani and others hoping to find another candidate altogether.
