Two more magazines will be trying to carve out a slice of the celebrity market in mid-April. Inside TV, which is being spawned from TV Guide, just tapped its first publisher, Christine Petrillo, a
former Glamour magazine executive, and named Debra Birnbaum to be executive editor. Its first issue hits on April 21.
