A multi-platform campaign, “Only Vegas Moments,” from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, takes the iconic “What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas” to another level. Described as “Adult Freedom,” the spots from R&R Partners show how the city helps to empower people in a variety of situations to take charge and/or change their lives. One spot shows two young women who meet and marry in Vegas.
