The increased costs of raw materials is driving up the price of diapers, according to Procter & Gamble. The company says prices for Pampers products will increase by an average of 4%, depending
on the size and type of diaper. The new prices will roll out between October and December. This isn’t the first price hike in the category. P&G, as well as Kimberly-Clark Corp., the maker of
Huggies diapers, increased the cost of their diapers for similar reasons in 2011.
