Delta Apologizes After Customer Sits In Feces On Flight

Delta says an ill service animal was aboard the previous flight. The passenger was offered a full refund and additional compensation. "The safety and health of our customers and employees is our top priority, and we are conducting a full investigation while following up with the right teams to prevent this from happening again," according to a statement obtained by USA Today. The feces debacle follows several high-profile airline incidents over the past year.
