Look Around -- Billboards Still Big Business

I think that I shall never see A billboard lovely as a tree. Perhaps, unless the billboards fall I'll never see a tree at all. Ogden Nash's improvement on Joyce Kilmer's bit of doggerel encapsulated sentiment in the late 1950s and early 1960s about the billboards that lined the highways and byways to the exclusion of the surrounding scenery.
