Meredith Corp.'s Digital Content Group announced management changes.

Jessica Plautz, who has been digital deputy editor of Travel + Leisure since June 2016, has been promoted to director of content operations within the group. Building on her work that boosted Travel + Leisure’s digital growth, Plautz will standardize the processes used across the digital content group to support editorial workflow and data collection.

In addition, Plautz will become the single point of contact for multi-brand editorial initiatives and develop reports and insights in collaboration with these teams to enhance content.

At TravelandLeisure.com, Nina Ruggiero has been promoted to deputy editor. In her new role, following three years at the site, Ruggiero will oversee daily news, SEO and ecommerce content creation, while managing a stable of freelances. She is based in Los Angeles. 

Meredith Corp. continues its focus on digital title Money.com, promoting Mike Ayers to executive editor. He was most recently deputy editor of the title and has been with Money for three years. Ayers will now manage the editorial and social teams to attract new audiences as the brand continues to expand. 

Ayers will report to Miles Stiverson, general manager-executive director of content strategy for the Travel & Luxury vertical. Stiverson is adding Money.com to his responsibilities.

Laura Fakhry has also been promoted to recipe manager at Allrecipes.com. She will manage the recipe team and oversee the recipe content strategy, along with the selection of recipes to meet audience growth needs in organic search, social media, email and video. Sponsored recipe campaigns will also fall under her purview.

Finally, Ryan Grim will take on the the position of digital executive editor at Food & Wine. Most recently, Grim was the executive editor of MyRecipes and the EIC of Extra Crispy. He also served as managing editor of Vice magazine and deputy editor at Tasting Table. He begins September 23.
