Conservative News Sites Report Double-Digit Boost In Traffic

Conservative news sites TheBlaze and Washington Examiner report double-digit, year-over-year visitor growth.

The data comes from media company TheRighting, which analyzed Comscore data for dozens of prominent conservative websites posting original content.

According to TheRighting, TheBlaze counted a 41% increase in YOY unique visitors in November, marking its 13th consecutive month of audience gains. The site counted 7.651 million visitors during November.

The Washington Examiner saw a 42% increase in YOY unique visitors during that same month, marking its 11th straight month of traffic gains.

The Washington Examiner is the second-most-trafficked conservative news site following Foxnews.com. Sites TheBlaze, TheWashington Times and Daily Wire fill the third, fourth and fifth spots, respectively.

Foxnews.com also continues to see an increase in audience with a 7% boost, counting 94 million unique visitors in November versus nearly 89 million during the same period a year ago.

According to TheRighting’s report, the top three conservative sites leading in audience gains include PJ Media, which saw a 162% increase in unique visitors in November compared to a year ago, Daily Wire with a 98% jump in unique visitors for the same period and the Washington Examiner.

Breitbart continues to see a decline in unique visitors, reporting a 47% dip in audience numbers in November compared to the same period a year ago, followed by Western Journal with a 36% decrease and Daily Caller, which reported a 31% decrease in unique visitors.
