Employee-owned Yankee Publishing has named Kim Knox Beckius as its travel & branded content editor. 

Beckius will contribute to the bimonthly print Yankee magazine, the website NewEngland.com, the Weekends with Yankee public television series, social media platforms and other channels. 

In addition, Beckius will collaborate with Yankee Publishing’s custom content team for Yankee’s regional and national advertising and branding clients.

A longtime contributor to Yankee, Beckius has authored seven books including "Backroads of New England" and "New England's Historic Homes & Gardens."

Beckius has also written for Michelin, New Hampshire Magazine, Down East Magazine, Coastal Living and Town & Country, and has for over 20 years produced TripSavvy, a website for About.com.
