Gloat, Workforce Agility Firm, Adds Arianna Huffington To Its Board

Arianna Huffington, media mogul and author, has joined the board of Gloat, a workforce agility platform.

In addition to founding HuffPost, Huffington has written 15 books. In 2016, she started Thrive Global, a firm designed to help end the stress and burnout epidemic.

Gloat is on a mission to “rethink the modern workforce, to bring startup agility to the world’s biggest enterprises, and to put employees in the best position to achieve anything,” it says on its website.

“As Gloat has partnered with Thrive over the past few months, it became clear how much Arianna believes in our mission and shares our passion for changing how the world works,” said Ben Reuveni, co-founder and CEO of Gloat.

For her part, Huffington states, "I'm passionate about technology that helps people get the most out of their work and lives, and that helps businesses adapt to uncertainty.”

Huffington adds,  “That's what I love about Gloat, and Ben's clear, precise vision about a future of work that gives employees unprecedented control over their careers and puts meaning at the center of work.”
