Nada Arnot Named EVP, Marketing, For 'The Economist'

The Economist Group has appointed Nada Arnot as executive vice president of marketing for The Economist, effective in March. 

Arnot will be tasked with guiding the brand through its next phase of expansion and helping the publisher grow its consumer and corporate subscriptions worldwide, the company says. She  will be based in New York. 

Previously, Arnot was senior vice president of marketing and head of group marketing services at Britbox. Prior to that, she served in leadership roles at AMC Networks, Hearst Magazines, Kaplan Test Prep, NBC Universal and Rudder Finn/Binder PR.  

Bob Cohn, president of The Economist, states that Arnot is “a great addition to our office in New York, where we are building out a global leadership team that reflects the size and importance of our North American business.”
