Need to get a TV commercial on-air--fast--but find yourself lacking both time and money? A Los Angeles-based start-up, Spot Runner, says it can help. For as little as $500, the company will permit
clients to select from a generic TV spot from its online library. The spot is then customized and massaged for particular demos and markets. Spot Runner will even help you get it on the air, in either
local or regional markets. The company is the brainchild of Nick Grouf and David Waxman, who, according to C|Net, previously founded PeoplePC and Firefly Network.
