Today Chipotle announced some Halloween news: Certain locations will stay open until midnight for that one night -- and its popular Boorito entry will return.
This year’s Boorito Halloween national promotion consists of a $6 digital entrée offer from 3 P.M. local time until close of business on Oct. 31, only for Chipotle Rewards loyalty club members.
A total of 53 Chipotle locations in popular college towns will remain open until midnight on Halloween.The first 100 digital orders placed between 10 P.M. local time and midnight at each of the these locations will receive a free bottle of Tabasco Brand Scorpion Sauce.
Since Chipotle’s inception 23 years ago, it has seen a 30% increase in transactions after 8 p.m. on Halloween evening, the chain reported -- and 81% of 18- to 26-year-olds surveyed reported wanting to see Chipotle open until midnight.

Separately, Chipotle, an official sponsor of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, also announced this week the return of its “We Score, You Score” Promotion for the United States Grand Prix in Austin this upcoming Sunday. The chain has launched a digital-only menu item inspired by Team Principal Guenther Steiner’s usual go-to Chipotle order. The burrito contains brown rice, black beans, braised beef barbacoa, fajita veggies, sour cream and guacamole and is available for a limited time.
The “We Score, You Score” promotion has also returned for the race weekend. If on Sunday MoneyGram Haas F1 Team drivers Nico Hulkenberg or Kevin Magnussen score points during the race, the Haas team will give away 5,000 free entrées from their Twitter account (@HaasF1Team). If both drivers score points, a total of 10,000 free entrées will be offered. The first 5,000 fans who text the designated code shared from the Haas Twitter account to 888-222 will also receive a free entrée.
